Kurshon: The Ineffable Aether
Home of the Haliyyon

The Halls of the Devonii

The Adhirantal

Aina Timat: Valeda

This image was taken from my notations on Kurshon. The eight gates are named for Ezra Pound's idea of the eight perfect cities as stated in his Cantos: Thebes, Rome, Wagadu, Mt. Segura, Troy, Ithaca, Ecbatan, and London. The final image of Kurshon shows the change from the Garden of Rhôm to the Hall of Music. The four halls in Kurshon are those of Music, Glass, Hours and Elements. Two of the halls, Music and Elements, are rooms of immortal entities whose lives in the other worlds have ended, but have been granted eternal life.

In the Hall of Glass, one can observe any point in time of the Durat. The Hall of Hours contains the life force of every being in the Arqiyyon.

Fon S'ul: The Hostile Plains

Picture
The Fon S'ul is also a part of Kurshon. It is the area created by and reserved for the Maln'ye (separate). When M'Hansu split his thought from the rest of the Haliyyon-- his brother, Caoli-te, and sister, Siharyan-- by creating free will in humans, he became known as "the separate." Thus, his section of Kurshon was split from the Halls of the Devonii, but bleeds into both the upper worlds (Heirat) and the lower (Durat).
